My mom has been to Springs Village twice in the last couple of years. Each time was amazing. She is a bit quirky and can be a little tough to work with, but Springs Village didn’t miss a beat! They were all compassionate and embraced her. She received great care from all of the staff, including dietary, laundry, therapy, nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, insurance coordinator, etc. All took time to stop in and talk with her and treat her like a person, not just another bed. Following back surgery, this was my first time in a rehab facility. I never expected such a caring, kind, and professional staff. They understood when I had pain, and helped to resolve it, through medication and/or physical therapy. I felt prepared when it was time to leave. There are not enough superlatives to say about the employees – nurses, CNA’s, physical and occupational therapists, cleaning staff, cooks and dietary personnel and other ancillary staff. Can we afford Springs Village Care Center?
You might be able to pay for skilled nursing with Medicare, private insurance, long-term care insurance, or personal cash depending on the sort of care you want and your specific coverage. Medicare covers the majority of short-term stays and therapy, while some states’ Medicaid programs are accepted at certain facilities. Feel free to contact our team if you think you could be eligible for this but need some confirmation. We are more than delighted to address any questions you may have regarding the prices and methods of payment for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.
How do members get around outside the community?
Here at Springs Village Care Center, we want to help you live life on your terms! We have community vehicles ready for scheduled medical visits and for group activity transportation all around the area. We can also help you schedule third party transportation. You have your own parking spot if needed and can come and go from our secure community as needed. Plus, visits with family and friends are always welcome when allowed by current health and safety regulations.

All meals are approved by a certified dietitian and can be made heart-healthy upon request.
